ABOUT US
We are three high school students in California who have a passion for teaching. We are all on the highest math track our school offers and we are taking AP Spanish during the fall of 2021. Creating Ready Set Learn gives us the opportunity to pass on our knowledge while giving back to the community.

We are donating all of the proceedings which means that 100% of the fees we receive will land in the pockets of someone else who needs it more than we do. We noticed that most of the people who donate money, donate about 50-70%, but we decided to go the extra mile and donate every single penny. Our proceeds will be going towards feeding starving children in India through Akshaya Patra.

We hope that you decide to participate in any of our many interesting classes as it benefits you and another person. But also note that if you are not able to take a class, you can head over to the donations page and help us donate!
JANANI HARISH
Founder & Spanish Teacher
Hey! My name is Janani Harish and I am a sophomore at American High School. This summer, I am involved in teaching the Spanish classes for kids ages 5-9 and 10+. Now you might be thinking, why would I learn Spanish from some random girl? I have been taking Spanish classes since 7th grade as part of school and have received consistent A grades above 97% each semester. I have never scored less than a 96% on any test or assignment I have taken in class. As for teaching experience, I was a TA in a college Algebra class at an acclaimed university last summer and I also taught Spanish classes under our now expanded organization formerly known as "Spanish for Beginners". I look forward to meeting you all this summer!!

AARTHI RAGHAVAN
Founder & Math and Public Speaking Teacher
Hi! My name is Aarthi Raghavan, and I will be an incoming sophomore at American High School in California. As a part of Ready Set Learn, I will be teaching Intermediate Math for students 10+ and Public Speaking for all ages. As for my qualifications, I've previously taught math to students, and by incorporating some fun elements into my teaching, it turned out to be very successful! I've also partaken in public speaking, mainly debate, for about 3 years. I can't wait to pass on my knowledge!

NIHITHASRI ANEPALLY
Founder & Dance Teacher
Hi! I'm Nihithasri Anepally and I am also an incoming sophomore at American High School. I conduct the particular classes of Basic Math for ages 5-9 and all three dance classes that are offered here at Ready Set Learn. I am a student in the accelerated math pathway and a dancer for over 9 years. Math and dance are two subjects that gives me absolute joy to teach, as I incorporate fun elements to keep the class engaged to the prospective topics covered in these courses. I have been teaching my choreographies of varying styles of dance to children for over 3 years in my dance academy. With these experiences in mind, I am excited to teach and be a part of the students' learning journeys.

HARSHINI SRINATH
Math and English Teacher
Hello! My name is Harshini Srinath, and I am a rising sophomore at American High School. I will be teaching Intermediate Math, Basic English, and Intermediate English at Ready Set Learn. I am currently in the double accelerated math pathway and have been taking English honors courses since 7th grade. Additionally, this summer, I have been teaching students how to write essays, two-chunk paragraphs, etc. In 9th grade, I mentored 7th and 8th graders in Thornton Junior High School, and I was a tutor for a course called Introduction to Computer Science. I am passionate about helping individuals who have been negatively affected by the pandemic and would love to share my knowledge with students so that they can excel in school!
